LiftingSafety is the studio's longest-running build — an industrial catalogue for lifting and height-safety equipment, sitting on top of a back-office that runs quoting, invoicing, dispatch, customer history and an internal ticketing system. Worked on continuously since 2012; thousands of orders shipped to date.
Public-facing catalogue of around 2,000 products with category browsing, product detail pages, enquiry forms and quote requests. Admin side handles the whole order lifecycle: quote → invoice → dispatch → customer history, plus a custom ticketing system for development requests so internal change asks don't get lost.
Yii / PHP / MySQL, with the catalogue, admin and ticketing all in one app. The architecture is laid out so that adding new product categories, attributes or admin workflows is a matter of configuration, not surgery.
This is the build that proved out the studio's pattern of going bespoke instead of off-the-shelf for businesses outgrowing their spreadsheets. Most of the CRM and catalogue work that came after took its shape from what was learned here.
